Customer Service

US Sales: Progressive Farms (PF) makes every effort to turn orders around by the next business day, but will ship orders within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the customer via email on the same day that the order leaves our facilities.

International Sales: Due to the biological nature of some of our products, all international sales are handled on a case by case basis.

Sales Tax: All accounts that we retain a proper re-seller license and Dealer Agreement and all retail orders shipped outside of North Carolina (NC) are not subject to sales tax under NC law.

Terms of Sale to Customer: All orders are pre-paid. FOB Wilmington, NC. PF makes every effort to communicate pricing changes proactively, but we reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. PF may terminate or update this agreement at any time, for any reason.

Shipping Options: PF uses UPS for ground shipments and the lowest cost carrier for freight shipments. Special shipping circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis. All shipments can be quoted upon request.

Returns & Refund Policy: PF charges a 25% re-stocking fee on returned items. In this event we will generate a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to coordinate your return. Shipping will be arranged and paid for by the customer. Once the return is received by PF we will issue a refund minus any initial shipping charges and/or restocking fees. 

Damage in Shipment: If a shipment from PF is damaged in any way the customer must contact PF within 7 days of shipment and request a replacement for the damaged product. At any time we may require more information such as images of the damaged product, delivery details, etc. When PF validates grounds for replacement, new product will be sent out at no cost to the customer. No requests are accepted after 7 days.

Please check every delivery. Replacement of damaged product is only possible by acknowledging damage on the delivery receipt that is signed upon receiving the damaged goods. If there is no indication of damage on these documents after the shipper has left, PF is not liable for these damages.
